-Dab the cream on the skin, rub it in a circular motion and apply a dot around: -your knees, elbows, wrists or fingers if they feel tender -areas where you have discomfort from an old sports injury -your feet when they feel achy after a long day standing. -creaky joints that keep you up at night.
Use the Upward Method:
Take a dime-sized amount of cream.
Starting at your ankles, smooth the cream upward toward your knees using gentle, sweeping strokes with both clean hands.
Always move upward to encourage relaxation, circulation and ease heavy feelings in the legs.
Apply right after a warm shower or bath when your skin is still slightly damp for better results.
The Hyaluronic Acid will lock that surface moisture straight into your skin.
Apply a slightly thicker layer before bed.
If your skin feels extra dry or tight, loosely wrap your legs with a soft, clean cotton bandage overnight to seal in the hydration while you rest.
